Mobile games dominator Gameloft, worldwide publisher of mobile and social games, is creating a position for an event planner/operation specialist!
EVENT PLANNER
The event planner is in charge of creating and maintaining the planning of in games promotions and specific events for each game of the studio. As a member of the monetization team, the event planner reports to the game monetization manager.
Responsibilities:
- Play the games extensively – on a daily basis
- Work closely with the monetization manager and the production team to define promotion and events strategy inside the games.
- Build a comprehensive and in depth planning. Oversee its effective implementation
- Coordinate and set up the in-game communication (assets creation, push notification, ...)
- Monitor the performance of the promotions and events and their impact on the retention and revenue of the players
- Suggest optimizations to the game team
- Analyse competitors and perform benchmarking
Qualifications:
- Passion for video games
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics or an equivalent field
- Master's degree is a plus
- 1 year of professional experience in online/B2C business
- Proficient with Excel
- Good understanding of statistics
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills and highly organized person
- Must be willing to settle in Beijing Studio.
