职位描述
岗位描述：
1、 负责每日、周、每月的游戏数据分析，跟进产品销售走势；
2、 负责公司游戏产品数据统计，编制报表；
3、 开发并持续完善公司各项业务数据的统计分析模型，确保其准确性、实用性及可衡量性；
4、 能够基于数据分析得到有价值的信息，为公司运营决策、产品方向、运营策略提供数据支持 ；
5、 日常运营产品的监控，保证产品正常运作；
6、 协助运营主管及其他部门做好产品的投放准备及售后统计。
7、 基于对移动端游戏的理解，运用数据分析和挖掘方法对市场进行研究，为事业部发展提供策略支持；
8、 深入分析与掌握用户行为轨迹，建立数据的监控体系与报表体系；并通过数据分析结果，为游戏推广提供数据支持；
9、 完成部门日常的其他数据工作。
岗位要求：
1、 本科以上学历，英文读写熟练，热衷游戏，对数据敏感，具有优秀的数据处理能力（有过游戏运营数据分析经验优先 ）；
2、 具有优秀的学习能力，条理清晰，有良好的表达能力及沟通能力；
3、 对网游有深刻理解，了解玩家及消费者心理；
4、 做事认真细心，有上进心，有责任感，能承受工作压力，团队意识强。
5、 态度积极，有较好的沟通能力，一年以上游戏或sp运营经验，对游戏产品了解，关注产品；
6、 有较强的组织语言文字功底，数据分析和逻辑能力；
7、 较强的协调能力和执行力，工作积极主动，有责任心及包容力。
