职位描述
Responsibility:
Performs professional HR management functions, including recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, career development, termination and etc.
Serve as strategic partner to management by integrating HR strategies into organizations overall mission and operational strategy.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the Company’s business goals and to ensure fairness, effectiveness and value-adding services
Support development and training of senior directors, managers and employees in the company and ensure the training and development plan is compliance with the company’s development plans for all levels of employees.
Research and establish the company’s pay structure, develop the competitive compensation and benefit plan.
Setup and Monitor reward management systems which are both competitive and equitable to acquire and retain high quality employees.
Ensure that the company meets its legal and social obligations in connection with all employment matters as set down by the government.
Provide advice/solutions on cost-effective measures of managing the staff, their needs and business requirement.
Responsible for the overall management of the day-to-day office general administration; such as office security system, procurement of office assets/supplies/stationery, hotel reservations, travel bookings, renovations, decoration, car rental and the liaison with building management on office maintenance needs, etc.
Manage and Control all General administrative costs effectively to ensure the best cost measures are in place and negotiated with merchants/suppliers for the operation of the office needs.
Responsible for the checking and monitoring of all staff’s monthly expense claims before it is submitted for approval by Management.
Quality:
Working Year: 8 years human resource working experience
Education: Bachelor degree
Personality: Mature, easy-going, and open-minded
Know-How: Familiar with HR full function including staffing, C&B, training, er.
Fluent in English, has manufacturing industry hr experience preferred
