Responsibility：
1.Collect, document, analyze and regularly report product market concerning technical features and prices
2.Profound understanding and regular report of market trend for strategic portfolio decisions.
3.Work with HQ Product Management, R&D, production, Logistics, Customer Service, Marketing and Business 4.Development team to prepare go to market strategy
5.Prepare Requirement Specifications and Change Requests in PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) process
6.Actively communicate with authorities, associations on standardization, deep understanding of technology trend and relevant Laws
7.Prepare catalogues, brochures, technical articles, Internet presence, internal Product Information (PRODIS), winning guides and sales supporting tools
8.Prepare and update product training materials and references, provide trainings together with sales supporting team.
9.To be the product expert in the product range to answer questions from sales supporting teams in daily business

Requirement：
1. Master Degree in electrical Machines or electrical engineering
2. Deep technical knowledge about high voltage motor: at least 5 years experience with motor business in R&D, product management, sales,sales support or engineering functions.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, coordinate in a team with people from different departments and with different interest and targets.
4. Fluent spoken and written English
5. Strategic thinking and strong analytical skill
6. Customer oriented, capable to balance between external requirements and internal restrains of resources.
7. Proactive and self motivated
