Job Description

To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organization’s objectives. To evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed. To oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities in China.


Primary Responsibilities

? Achieve financial objectives by implementing effective marketing strategies and programs.

? Define, implement and manage marketing strategies for China as well as ensure the activities and tactics executed at country level directly or through distributors generate a successful return on investment.

? Develop programs and materials for China product launch initiatives to maximize product sales potential.

? Improve distributor and sales effectiveness through the design and development of effective sales tools and training.

? Train sales, distributors and customer support personnel on new and existing products.

? Build a competitive profile in China and monitor competitive activities.

? Develop and manage key regional opinion leader relationships to drive regional trends.

? Develop and update business plans for key strategic markets within China.

? Provide input to the setting of annual sales targets with Sales Mangers that accurately reflect the market potential of the countries under management and the capabilities of the sales team.

? Develop and manage marketing budget as a % of total regional revenue.

? Assist Regional Marketing Director and country managers to strengthen and reinforce the Grifols Brand with customers, peers, press and end–user marketplace.

? Organize marketing events (distributor meetings, customers meetings, scientific symposium, etc.) and congresses across the region.

? Localise Regional Marketing directives and initiatives.

? Assist Regional Marketing Director with regional promotional materials with the support from regional communications to ensure consistent messaging

? Ensure excellent communication and understanding of the needs and dynamics of the China market to the Regional Marketing team.

? Identify trends, opportunities and threats and propose corresponding measures.

? Report marketing share and geographic expansion on a monthly basis.

? Manage outside vendor relationships.

? Oversee the management of marketing database, which includes customer information, mailing list applications, etc.


任职要求

1. Above 2 years of Payroll Specialis experience, knowledge of payroll related legislation.

2. Strong analytical skills including the ability to work on details and be strong in numeric reasoning.

3. Ability to work with maintain confidential information and independently.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and internet.

5. Strong communication skills.
