职位描述
Job Responsibilities
1.IT service delivery with defined functions e.g. handling calls, db installation and maintenance, indcluding db upgrade ,migration,troubleshooting,account administration, db backup and restore, etc
2.Continual operation and maintenance of managed database service
3.DB Technical Realization incl. Test and Implementation
4.Daily check the DB Servers health status and monitoring/ tuning their performance
5.Provision of support for all inextricable incidents and problems from service desk&monitoring system
6.Provide the report for all the hosting DB servers capacity and continuity.
7.Align to the Security policy to check and change the database security parameters
8.Support sub-tasks of Managed db package testing, update and release
9.Follow up standard ITIL release and change process
10.Customize, maintain, update and manage standard database hosting service on sqlserver platform
11.Communication with Senior Engineer for report incidents, technical issue and incident escalation and change request submit.
job requirements
1.Preferable Bachelor degree or above, IT related major;Preferable to have Microsoft certificate MCDBA, OCP;Familiar with ITIL process
2.Standard mandarin ;CET-4 or above, excellent reading and written English
3.A basic working experience in a database maintain environment might typically have been acquired in about 1 to 2 years.Master with Microsoft Windows operation system.Master with SQLServer Knowledge,SQLServer 2005,2008 and Failover clustering.Master of Microsoft Office related products.Familiar with system topics such as RAID levels, disk sharing, disk shadowing, and storage, etc.Familiar with application designing , deploying , trouble shooting on the SQL Server and Oracle environment. is preferred.Familiar with Internet Information Server 6 (IIS),Oracle10g,11g is preferred;Familiar with network basic elements of client.
