工作职责：
1.通过运用有效的市场调研、VOC等方法，发现各地区有潜力的placement细分行业及潜在的业务增长点，协助制定相应的placement发展策略
2.制定老客户placement业务的销售推广及服务流程，并协助各地区执行
3.建立并持续完善老客户数据、档案库
4.与各区域销售配合，根据制定的发展策略，针对有潜力的细分市场，推动业务发展，达成placement业务目标
5.协助支持代理商及内部销售的产品及行业知识的培训

职位要求：
1.至少5年以上针对老客户开发的销售经历，工业行业placement业务经验尤佳
2.具备水处理、化学，以及仪器仪表自动化领域经验优先
3.具备一定的市场分析、策划能力
4.具备良好的沟通协调能力，能协同各部门开展工作
5.积极主动，做事有条理和计划性
6.较强地解决问题的能力
7.具备良好的英文书面、口头表达能力
8.能够在压力下开展工作
9.适应较频繁的出差要求
