职位描述
Essential Functions:
?Establish key accounts development and management system,
?Identify and target key named municipal accounts focused on growth opportunity, responsible for key accunts’ evaluation, selection, and agreement signing
?Identify current market situation, initiate market research and analysis for key accounts
?Responsible for continued sales growth from assigned key accounts.
?Work with all levels within key accounts to develop and maintain action plans for sales, service, support, and application development.
?Map and direct all internal and external relationships based on customer needs and strategic priority
?Submit annually a detailed sales plan identifying sales objectives, new sales opportunities, and implement the plan as agreed upon.
?Proficiently negotiate and manage complex sales and purchase agreements
?Maintain all activities and related sales opportunity funnels in Hach’s sales management tool.
?Collect and report information on all competitive activity related to assigned accounts.
?Liaison to Hach product management and Marketing.
Other Non-Essential Functions:
?Other duties as assigned.
Education, Background and Skill Requirements
?BA or BS degree in Chemistry, Physics, Electronics, Biology, Environment Sciences, or equivalent experience.
?Alternate science degrees or equivalent experience will be considered.
?Minimum of five years experience in key accounts management required. Experience in similar products and services preferred.
?Minimum of three years experience in corporate level sales required.
?Must have good computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
?Must be willing and able to travel extensively.
?Must have the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
?Display proven ability to effectively interact with senior level corporate personnel and present before large groups.
?Must exhibit the willingness and ability to assimilate technical information quickly.
?Work environment includes any environment where products are used including laboratories, industrial areas, municipality utility plants, etc.
