岗位职责：
1.负责建立并执行合同法律风险控制与防范机制；
2.为公司重大经营决策提供法律意见；
3.负责审核、修订各类经济合同、协议，推动合同标准化工作；
4.在所审核的经济合同、拟订的法律文书和出具的法律意见书签字，对上述业务以及办理的其他法律事务的合法性负责 ；
5.负责公司合作协议等重要文件变更的风险控制、审核；
6.参与重大合同的起草、谈判工作，监督合同履约；
7.开展与公司生产经营有关的法律咨询、培训，整理汇编公司业务需要的各种法律、法规和规章等；
8. 接受公司法定代表委托，代理公司参加诉讼和非诉讼活动，帮助公司运用法律手段解决经济纠纷，维护公司合法权益；
9.完成主管交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. 有法律、经济专业背景，正规全日制大学本科以上学历；
2. 五年以上相关工作经验，熟悉合同法、经济法，能独立撰写商务合同；；
3. 思维敏捷缜密，思路清晰，语言和文字表达能力强；
4. 良好的沟通与协调能力、分析与解决问题能力以及团队合作精神；
5. 工作认真、细致，主动性强，具有较强的责任心，；
6. 通过国家司法考试。
