JOB DESCRIPTION:
The CFO will oversee all fundraising, accounting, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. The CFO will have a strong fundraising focus and will partner with the CEO and core management team to improve the business as well.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leverage existing and build up relationship with potential investors for fundraising in US.
Maintain communication with shareholders.
Prepare necessary financial projections and PPTs for investors.
Review all month-end closing, quarter-end, and year-end activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate cost allocation.
Manage financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation.
Direct and oversee all aspects of the Accounting functions of the organization.
Annual internal and external audit coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Specialized in fundraising and strategic financial planning for early-stage companies. Have an overall understanding of and experience with early-stage equity investment processes.
· Have a strong network of fundraising connections and resources, specifically a network of VCs/ strategic institutional investors looking for the next high potential technology start-ups.
· Have a record of successful VC cases, familiar with a variety of financial and VC operations. Familiar with legal affairs and planning processes of VCs. Candidates who have full-cycle experience in helping company from early stage to IPO is highly preferred.
· MBA from global renowned business school and additional experience working in/with a Chinese start-up is a plus.
