Crown Relocations is an international relocation company operating in about 53 countries worldwide. We assist multinational organizations relocating their global workforce around the world, and private individuals moving their families abroad.

The Relocation Consultant should be able to communicate well in English with expatriates from countries all over the world, be a fast learner and be able to win confidence in the minds of relocating individuals that their move is in good hands.

Key Responsibilities

To provide pre－move consultations with relocating expatriates in their homes, to estimate the volume of household effects they plan to ship by sea or air, explain the move process and customs regulations, and discuss any special requirements.

To calculate costs and present proposals for the transportation of household goods and personal effects around the world.

To provide timely followup and customer service to ensure that customers are delighted at every step of their relocation.

To maintain a sales pipeline and timely followup to close sales and maximize revenue.

Requirements

Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
The willingness and ability to learn
Excellent English communication and customer service skills. Other languages a definite plus.
Good spoken Chinese

Full training will be provided and while not necessary, prior experience in relocation, sales or customer service would be desirable.
