Title: Accounts Payable Accountant

Key Accountabilities

1) Process daily accounts payable activities for overseas and domestic entities, e.g. invoice verification, payment proposal, payment clearing, vendor query, 3^rd/Interco vendor statement reconciliation, etc.

2) Prepare financial reports and account reconciliation related with AP, and ensure proper follow-up

3) Assist P2P team leader or Senior AP accountants to resolve unforeseen issues in AP process

4) Meet the commitment of Service Level Agreement

5) Execute continuous improvement initiatives, and support the simplification and standardization of AP processes across various entities.

6) Strictly follow the internal control policies and procedures

7) Play a key role in integrating the accounting functions of Korean entities into SSC

Other related finance and accounting activities.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

1) Education: Bachelor in accounting or finance

2) Experience: 1-3 years relevant working experience

3) Knowledge of finance, accounting, and control principles including U.S. GAAP

4) Knowledge of ERP systems and office software

5) Good inter-personal communications skills

6) Good command of English & Mandarin
7) Japanese or Korean speaking skill would be a plus
