任职要求:
- 身高164-170CM,30-35周岁左右,女性,形象、气质佳,身体健康;北京户口优先;
- 高中及以上学历(大专以上学历优先)
- 具有奢侈品品牌服饰或大型零售企业两年以上独立管理工作经验
- 熟悉店铺的日常运作流程,能独立做货品陈列及培训下属
- 较高的工作主动性及自律性
- 形象气质符合公司要求
- 良好的口头表达能力及沟通能力
- 良好的计划制定能力及执行能力
- 会基础英语者优先
职位描述:
- 按公司的营运指示,负责领导全体店铺员工100%完成每月销售目标
- 按照公司的统一标准,督导全体店铺员工保持良好的形象及优质的服务
- 培训店铺员工关于产品知识、服务流程、电脑方面的操作技能
- 及时了解客户的需求和反馈信息,保持与客人之间的互动关系
- 有效地处理客人的意见和投诉,提高客户满意度
- 进行必要的数据统计及报表制作,负责店铺货品的进、销、存管理,控制店铺日常费用支出, 监督员工合理使用包装品等
- 店铺员工的人事日常管理工作
- 与公司各相关部门保持良好沟通和合作
STORE MANAGER
Requirement:
- 160-170CM tall, 25-35 age,healthy;
- Technical secondary school or above (collage degree is better);
- At least 2 years independent management experience in large size retail company or well-known fashion brand;
- Familiar with daily operational process of stores, can do displaying and training independently;
- High working motivation and self-discipline abilities;
- The temperament and appearance is same as required from company;
- Good expressing and communication skills;
- Good play maker and executive ability.
Job Description:
- According to operational target of company, must be able to lead all staff of store to achieve 100% monthly sales targets;
- According to unified standard of company, to monitor all staff of store and ensure them can keep good image and provide high rank service;
- To train staff of store about knowledge of products, service process and computer skills;
- Good understanding for customer’s requirement and give the feedback in time, keep good relationship with customer;
- Dealing with suggestions and complains of customer effectively, enhance the sense of satisfaction of customer;
- To execute the report and data statistics sheet, be responsible for management of products for order, selling and stock, to control daily expenses of store, and monitor staff to use the shopping bag reasonably
- Daily staff management;
- To keep good communication and cooperation with all relevant department.
