The CCG Finance Controller is a finance leadership role in the organization. The role will create, build and expand our CCG business in a challenging and exciting consumer market place. The CCG Finance Controller role is a key leadership position both within the Area Finance team and the CCG business team and is expected to be a major contributor to the success of the CCG business. On top of a leadership role within the business, this individual will be responsible for establishing processes, driving shareholder value by reporting on key financial metrics, providing insightful financial analysis to drive business decisions and establish the long term economic vision for the CCG organization. The position is responsible for an end-to-end management of the CCG P&L. The role is a people manager position responsible for both CCG Finance team directly reporting to this individual, as well as managing a broader MSA (Multi-Sub Area) CCG finance community with dotted line reporting responsibilities.

-Oversee the integration of CCG in the subsidiaries and build the CCG Finance community.

Drives Finance & Business Excellence
-Establish unified CCG financial processes.
-Manage the reporting of accurate and timely results that provide insightful commentary to the management, such that they in turn can drive informed business decisions and actions.
-Partner with business leadership to provide transparency, predictability and accuracy of the CCG forecasts.
-Revenue Planning. Drive a robust and supportable financial plan during Mid-Year Review and Planning that aligns with the long-term goals of the CCG business.
-Lead the annual budgeting process by defining budget guidelines, analyzing revenue and cost projections, and conducting budget reviews.
-Provide input into and/or implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance to Microsoft accounting polices/practice.
-Proven ability to look beyond the numbers. Effective at cultivating diverse data outlets and connecting the information into a cohesive qualitative story. Ability to objectively formulate opinions and defend viewpoints with business partners instead of just reporting out what partners think.
-Challenges existing norms or courses of action, facilitating fully informed decision making. Creates constructive friction by fearlessly asking the right questions and challenging assumptions.

Grows the business profitably
-Driving the finance rhythm across CCG to achieve its business & financial goals.
-Understand the story behind the numbers and translate this into forward looking narratives and forecasts which incorporate: recovery plans; exploiting opportunities; and which align with underlying Business and Market Insight.
Focus on driving profitable growth by identifying growth levers, drive cost efficacy, improve contribution margin %, and be an integral part of the subsidiary decision making process when it comes to resource allocation and decision support.
Integral member of the relevant management teams. Leading financial discussions in management meetings plus be an active participant in discussions on non-finance related topics and issues.
Optimize CCG P&L and meet/exceed Net Revenue, Gross Margin and Contribution Margin objectives by effectively managing portfolio of products with different profitability/margins.
Understand and communicate Consumer Channel market perspective by analyzing key retailers, market share, key performance indicators and consumer behavior
