We are currently working to offer Office365 in China and this is an opportunity for you to take part in this extremely exciting and high visibility project.

We are looking for an exceptional senior PM to lead the biggest and boldest transformation at Microsoft--one from boxed software to business cloud services. You will be joining the Office Server and Service China group. You will be working together with strategists and marketing people to understand the cloud service trends and technology directions in China, collect real customer requirements, and develop new ideas and strategies. You will work with development teams to build new product feature plans and drive through implementation and releasing.

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of thought leadership, leading innovation and creative vision. You should have deep experience in developing well researched product roadmaps, customer focused product design, core leadership skills, the ability to integrate internal and external partners in development, and the ability to inspire the team around your product vision. Other qualifications include:

- 10-12 years working experience in software development/testing and at least 8 years in project management are required. Prior PM experience at Microsoft strongly preferred.

- Have gone through multiple complete product release cycles for large scale enterprise applications or complex web applications

- Fluent in English & Chinese, both oral and written

- Strong communication skills and interpersonal awareness to work collaboratively with a diverse set of people across groups and organizational levels

- Excellent planning and organizational skills required

- Demonstrated customer focused innovation

- Be results driven. Strong problem solving skills and cross-group collaboration skills are desired

- In depth hands-on, working knowledge of Microsoft Server and Service products

- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
