职位描述
Job Purpose:
Develop and implement a marketing strategy for WC, which is aligned with the company business strategies, so as to meet established sales and market share targets.
Responsibilities:
1. In general assist Sr. Marketing Manager in designing marketing strategies and tactics/activities for business in China markets, and closely cooperate with sales team to ensure the sales targets are reached;
2. Further develop overall portfolio strategy, including sales targets and budgets;
3. Further develop positioning of each product and brand platforms, including Chinese product names;
4. Translate 2-3 above into province and product specific action plans;
5. Monitor and analyze sales development trends and suggest and implement initiatives to improve trends;
6. Optimize product portfolio according to Corporate and local marketing strategies and launch new products, including linking these to overall portfolio strategy with a clear pricing strategy;
7. Plan and execute conference participation and Key User seminars as well as case studies, case competitions and clinical trials according to yearly plan;
8. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service and to document market shares, sales by key players as well as key products and key messages;
9. Design and update detailing aids such as promotional items and brochures for marketing and campaigns or overseeing such activity;
10. Provide marketing training material to training department for employee training and execute employee training according to agreement with training department;
11. Communicate closely with Key Accounts, KOL’s and key users;
12. Communicate with HQ concerning marketing issues;
13. Product technical support in terms of customer complaint handling and customer communication, including working with RA to ensure all product registrations are in place.
Qualifications:
1. University graduated;
2. 3+ years product management experience in pharmaceutical or medical device in MNCs.
Competencies
1. Medical or the related education background;
2. Fluent English;
3. Good Computer skills.

2. Energetic and team work;
3. Result-oriented mindset.
