职位描述

Position Summary

Technical Product Management for Service Layer products of LTE broadcast solution; member of the TPM group. Main goal is to bringing the customer needs and view, Business insight and requirements into R&D organization in Shanghai for execution; by working close to development teams as Product Owner, Strategic Product Management.

Responsibility and Key Tasks

The main responsibilities will be to manage requirements from different stakeholders, Strategic Product Management, LTE broadcast solution teams and key customers; Requirement handling towards the development unit, Product Life cycle management and release activities; Close cooperation with SPMs, Solution team, Regions, to develop new features to strengthen existing nodes/solutions and offerings.

Key tasks:

· Maintain clear priorities for requirements based on alignment with SPMs and TPM Lead.

· As Product Owner, Prepare user stories and set the proper priority for each user stories, Be present on the sprint plan, demo and give feedback to team (s). Clarify the requirement if any gap happens between requirement and implementation. Deliver clear requirements to development teams about user stories dependency, ensure user story quality for execution, and coordinate with development teams and program for project execution.

· Contribute to business related sessions as requirement owner

· Release TPM. Product release management, work closely with supply chain to define the product package, release planning; Prepare the product configurations and documents according to corporate basic standard; Manage the 3PP lifecycle to fit in product life cycle. Prioritize the product backlog to assure the top backlog can be included in the right release. Join the SAT meetings to review solutions and decision

Position Qualification

· Good Product Management role knowledge and experience with Business mindset and value argumentation skills and communication skills to form alliances and collaborations. Good knowledge of Industry value flows and business models to understand consequences on business capabilities

· Analytical, self-managing, results oriented - having a passion for business, change and continuous improvements - self-motivated. Good negotiations skills for a team player- Strategic view combined with good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage, drive and execute change is an important skill

· Stakeholder management is key.

· Customer Interaction experience to bring in customer understanding and market trends and requirement understanding will be an advantage

· R&D experience is a must. Skilled in Coping with Pressures & Setbacks , Deciding & Initiating Action , Presenting & Communicating Information

· Having media and mobile networks knowledge and Media Ecosystem Knowledge will be an added advantage to this role

· Innovative Mindset – look for new ways of evolving Product services and Business

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering /Academic Degree/ MSc

· Good knowledge of Agile Ways of working within R&D

· Fluent in written and spoken English & Chinese is a must

Position Summary

At the same time working closely with Systems and Solution team to bring value to Technical evolution and thinking and demonstrating out of the box thinking coupled with Innovation to bring key value and differentiations in Product and Solution area for TV & Media.

Responsibility and Key Tasks

The main responsibilities will be to manage requirements from different stakeholders, Strategic Product Management, LTE broadcast solution teams and key customers; Requirement handling towards the development unit; Close cooperation with SPMs, Solution team, Regions, to develop new features to strengthen existing nodes/solutions and offerings.

Be one of the key voices from Technical as well as Business side for LTE Broadcast within R&D site as well as stakeholders within key areas both Locally and Globally

Key tasks:

· Own and Maintain clear priorities for features of on-going release and next release, based on alignment with SPMs. Create a WIN WIN , influencing and trust position with SPMs and relevant stakeholders.

· Team Leader - Product Owners & Product Managers. Compliment and Groom the team to work towards setting a High bar for technical competence, product evolution, product innovation as well as working closely with SPMs and be the voice of SPMs in customer meetings and discussions.

· Product management representative in PDU LT meeting, contribute to business related sessions - Business and Product. Provide business inputs and product feature evolution plan

· Actively analyze competitor's situations and monitor product profitability trend (eg. 3PP cost)

· Support and Groom Technical Areas within R&D working with Systems and Architecture Groups and bring in outside view into R&D to create Business awareness and Balance while working with Systems and Solutions to push for high value ideas into execution.

Position Qualification

• Strong Product Management role knowledge (Minimum 5-7 years) and experienced with Business mindset and value argumentation skills and communication skills to form alliances and collaborations. Sound knowledge of Industry value flows and business models to understand consequences on business capabilities

Responsibility and Key Tasks

The main responsibilities will be to manage requirements from different stakeholders, Strategic Product Management and key customers; Requirement handling towards the development unit, Product Life cycle management and release activities, 3PP/partner evaluation and negotiations when required (with support from sourcing/legal); Close cooperation with SPMs, Solution team, Regions, to develop new features to strengthen existing nodes/solutions and offerings.

Key tasks:

· Own and Maintain clear priorities for features of on-going release and next release, based on alignment with SPMs

· Product management representative in PDU LT meeting, contribute to business related sessions as requirement owner. Provide business inputs and product feature evolution plan

· Release TPM, MRS for each release, maintain release document such as PPD, support Product catalog content published for each release
