Job Summary or Purpose:

The Program Director drives large and complex Professional Services engagements in OSS/BSS by interacting with our clients from pre-sales to delivery to ensure that business and technology objectives are met and to maximize customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities & Tasks:
Responsibilities:
· The Program Director drives large and complex Professional Services engagements being responsible for delivery strategy and execution ensuring an e2e approach from pre-sales to delivery. Specific responsibilities are:
o The deliverability of the overall solution
o The overall cost estimation
o The delivery strategy, plan and model (mix of on-shore, near-shore and off-shore resources, SI partners, etc.)
· Once the deal is won, the Program Director will be the head of the delivery, until the complete fulfillment of the contract, ensuring the continuity from pre-sales to delivery, actively seeking to improve top and bottom lines with due consideration to Customer satisfaction and Ericsson’s business objectives. In addition to the pre-sales and delivery responsibilities there are additional responsibilities assigned to the CSI Program Director, such as:
o Build a strong Customer Relationship at C-Level (IT, Engineering, Marketing, Finance etc.).
o Able to catch and drive up-sales opportunities
o Coach the team, to interact with them and to support them for their professional growth, and identify and recognize talents.
o Support in asset and organizational set-up and growth; a main contributor to the Professional Service culture growth, delivery methodology fine-tuning as well as harvesting the best practices from the programs driven.
Job tasks:
· Business creation: Support the key account and the Engagement Manager with business creation process leading to new business and assignments
· Project Planning: Plans, prioritizes, and executes projects. Establishes change management procedures, create and distribute the project budget according to the project scope and time frame. Develops reporting strategy for project.
· Relationship Building: Maintains clear communication with customers regarding mutual expectations, and manages customer satisfaction. Builds business relationships beyond the project environment.
· Project Execution: Creates and monitors reporting on project financial and schedule progress based upon project goals. Reviews project plans, institutes changes, and reprioritizes as necessary.
· Manage Risks and Changes: Manages change, evaluates information, and formulates action plans to minimize project risks.
· Results Focused: Effectively manages closure of projects to meet program and project goals.
· Project Process and Tools: Actively uses consistent project methods, processes, and tools.
People leadership: Organizes and leads a project team as needed. Provides focus and feedback to all team members, act as a coach and mentor.
Job Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification and experience requirements
· Strong track record of driving and delivering large and complex engagements including creating trust at C-level
· Bachelors degree, preferably in a science, business or telecommunications discipline; or a minimum of eight years of progressive experience in a related field
· 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, and/or related functional areas in a communication systems company. At least 3 years experience of managing complex projects.
· Excellent communication skills and stakeholder managerment
· Good working knowledge of business process, including tender and sales
· Good financial knowledge/training
· Interest in pursuing professional project management certification (PMP)
· Strong business acumen and understanding of the customer's business priorities to look at opportunities from the customer's perspective.
· Ability to develop and drive value argumentation towards Customers at C and all levels.
· Excellent negotiation, influencing, communication and presentation skills.
