Job Summary

With mobile data service becoming crucial for telecom operators, their investment on EPC has been growing substantially over the past years and the trend will continue in the foreseeable future. We are looking for a talent with solid understanding of 3GPP EPC technology, familiar with operator business model and way of working. The position requires in-depth analysis on customer requirements and providing competitive, cost effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Act as Subject Matter Expert in Mobile Packet Core to support strategic opportunities arising from customers in Regions

· Preparing technical solutions and SoC (Statement of Compliance) for RFPs.

· Analyze complex customer requirements, lobby customer with optimum solution.

· Create value proposition for Ericsson EPC solution offering.

· Provide thorough business case analysis for critical feature gap, provide viable roadmap

· Drive new product introduction

· Actively support the technical pre-sales for our CORE products and solutions in RNEA.

· Engage and support CUs in sale engagement; creating, qualifying & develop solutions winning solutions.

· Conduct technical presentations and demonstration on products.

· Being the technical interface into product line for RNEA and bring in customer requirements to enhance competitiveness of CORE product and solution.


Job Qualifications:

Ericsson Wide - Functional and other competences

· Knowledge of Ericsson EPC products (e.g., EPG, SGSN-MME & SAPC) is a must

· Knowledge of Ericsson mobile core products and OSS/BSS systems will be a plus

· Familiar with Ericsson business process (SDP) & sales tools will be a plus


Minimum Qualification and experience requirements

· Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent

· Minimum 7 years of experience in a telecommunication environment, specifically in R&D, customer service delivery or pre-sales.

· Expertise in 3GPP EPC technology

· Highly self-motivated and driven to succeed

· Consultative Selling Skill

· Quick and adaptive learner, ability to constantly follow new technology, products and solutions.

· An analytical mind, strong problem solver, consultative, competitive and ability to handle to pressure

· Strong collaboration, written and verbal presentation skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Chinese, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.


Preferred Skills

· Proven experience of customer interaction including requirement elicitation and scoping, value propositioning and negotiations.

· Impeccable communication skills in order to be able to participate and drive customer meetings, as well as develop solutions

· Ability to work under stressful situations, meet tight deadlines and deliver services with high quality

· Ability to examine situations from a highly analytical perspective

· Ability to understand specific needs in which to create or alter solutions

· Ability to lead others and work in a team environment Ability to decompose/analyze/solution complex technical issues in a timely manner

Additional Requirements, Physical demands, Region / Local specifications (Blank for Global templates)

· Multi Language speaker (Chinese , Japanese, Korean) will be a plus.
