Description

- Be responsible for HW design, verification and lab testing of digital circuits for IP router products.

- Define propos and solution analysis for hardware implementation

- HW Quality control through the product development phase and maintenance phase.

- Support software and system integration; Support hardware production.

- To be interface between SW and HW, drive and follow up HW issues.

Qualifications

- Master degree in EE, communication and Information system, control system, etc.

- Strong knowledge of Communication systems,

· Transmission networks (SDH, Metro Ethernet etc)

· Access technologies (PDH etc)

· IP Access Aggregation (Ethernet Switching, Routing, QoS etc)

- At least 5 years experienced in board design/circuit design

- Complex communication system HW design/qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge on embedded system

- HDL design ability is a plus.

- EMC knowledge is plus

- Leadership capability

- Good communication skills and social ability.

- Teamwork

- Quick to learn and adapt

- Creative

- Fluent English in speaking and writing
