Job Summary:

The Program Director will be driving large and complex Professional Services engagements towards one of Ericsson’s customers. Supporting the Engagement Manager and the Key Accounts Manager with extensive telecom and Services knowledge and by taking on both CSR and CFR role.

· The BSS CSI PD role requires to provide professional services like consulting, deployment and complex integration for multi-vendors and Ericsson products. Sell and build large scale Business Support Systems for different telecom services across all eTOM areas: Product Catalogue, Customer Care, Sales, Order Management, Billing, Charging, Payments, Self care, Partner Relationship Mgmt, Enterprise Application Integration etc.

· The candidates have 15+ years experience with deployment of BSS systems, has worked in international environment with multi-site deliveries and has a proven track record of implementations.

· The wanted skills ecosystem is:

· Highly preferred past experience with current Ericsson portfolio: BSCS, CS, Conceptwave suites of COTS products

· Proven delivery track on major full track BSS Transformation as Head of Delivery

· eTOM, TAM, SID, TOGAF, NGOSS, ITIL knowledge - understanding the solution needs, components and integration needs, dependencies

· Telco processes conceptual knowledge - understanding the solution needs, components and integration needs, dependencies

· IT Systems architecture (RDBMS, Application servers, Weblogic, web servers) conceptual knowledge - management of expectations around complexity of user experience on GUI

· Java, SQL, SOA, Web services implementation technologies and best customization patterns for COTS

· Mastership of delivery frameworks and ability to adapt to client situations and requirements (Scrum, waterfall,..)
