岗位职责
1. 负责（Windows Server、Linux等）服务器安装，配置以及存储设备的安装配置；
2. 对服务器运行状态实施有效监控，对服务器安全管理的规划和实行，对服务器发生突发事件的应急处理，并保证服务器的正常运行；
3. 服务器及虚拟机的数据备份的实施；
4. 负责工厂生产的服务器硬件测试验收（需短期出差）；
5. 负责公司RMA流程的硬件测试部分；
6. 负责编写工作主责内容的相关技术文档和手册。
7. 负责公司的服务器工作环境的日常维护（交换机，空调系统，线路等设备）

岗位要求
1. 本科以上学历，具备计算机行业相关工作2年以上经验。
2. 熟悉 Windows 平台，熟练掌握系统管理等日常操作；能熟练安装和维护LINUX系统；
3. 了解主流存储设备,有实际使用和日常维护经验,能独立完成日志信息抓取，硬盘、内存、RAID卡、PCI卡等硬件更换；
4. 能熟练阅读计算机方面的英文资料，具有服务器的故障问题排错判断能力。
