1) GL
- Control monthly closing process
- Responsible for respect of
year-end and half-year closing group procedure
- Follow-up provision and accrual,
validated by FC
- Cost allocation and
provision movements according to group principles
- Follow-up monthly bank
reconciliation, validated by FC
- Closing binder preparation
- Deferred tax calculation with auditor support
- Full knowledge of and compliance with Group reporting
procedure
- Secure compliance with Chinese and IFRS accounting rules
- Management of audit fieldwork
2) Fixed Assets
- Maintain fixed assets record
(tangible and intangible) and depreciation
- Responsible for full use and
maintainance of BaaN fixed assets module
- Support for Capex and
depreciation forecast and budget
- Plan, arrange and supervise
fixed annual assets inventory
- Follow-up of Capex
applications vs. budget (Capex binder, and preparation of C4.3)
- Responsible for strict
respect and update of Capex procedure
- Annual fixed assets
stocktaking and labelling
3) Inventory
- Monthly inventory report
- Slow-moving inventory monthly
analysis
- Cycle counting
supervision & control, with monthly report and follow-up of indicators
- Control yearly
stock taking for non cycled warehouses
4) Indirect cost control
- Monthly warranty claim report to PSM
- Non quality cost report
- Critical cost report follow-up
and sharing (utilities, transportation)
- Follow-up of insurance cost,
legal costs for accrual and budget
- Monthly follow-up of Finance
Dpt. expenses vs. budget
- Budget indirect
costs preparation
5) Weekly cash report
- Timely preparation (before
Monday noon), or previous working day
- Prior communication with
sister co to confirm payment forecast
- Back-up FC for weekly cash meeting
6) Other related tasks
- Annual insurance declaration
for Property Damage & Business Interruption (before year-end)
- Budget module in BaaN
- Monthly update of Factory KPIs in intranet
- Monthly statistics for local authorities

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Financial area
- At lease 3 year working experience in main accounting processes
- Good team work and a good command of English in reading and writing
