Description

1.Manage Trade Operation staff to meet customer service standards, internal and external cut off times for retention of customer files ,reporting, reconciliation and review outstanding transactions

2.Manage day to day operations to meet annual objectives

3.Manage and ensure compliance with ,internal policies and audit and regulatory requirements

4.Support and achieve excellent partnership with Sales and key Trade partners team to meet service objectives set by Trade Services Management and or agreed customer SLA

5.Train ,coach and identify potential staff for succession and key operational functions, provide cross-training and job rotation opportunities

6.Manage operational processes within internal/external audit guidelines and policies.

7.Manage accounting policies and reporting requirements within approved

guidelines / policies

8.Maintain operating standards /overdue transactions with zero loss provision

9.Meet operational /compliance requirements

10.Implement appropriate procedures and controls including proper accounting / reporting requirements in support of new product /sales initiatives

Requirements

1.University graduate with at least 6 years experience in trade finance services and operations

2.Solid knowledge of UCP600, ISBP, Incoterms, URDG758 and URC522

3.Familiar with import and export financing products

4.Familiar with BADD/CADD local trade products and relevant regulations.

5.Familiar with SAFE; PBOC & CBRC regulations and reporting system

6.Strong leadership and people management experience

7.Excellent communication and problem solving skills

8.Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

9.Computer literate
