职位描述
Key Responsibility:
? Develop, implement and assist to design C&B system, programs and process in order to meet business needs, regularly review to ensure compliance,consistency and cost-effective within the Group;
? Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, establish and update job grading system within group;
? Develop and administrate compensation policies, guidelines, procedures, and programs to ensure internal equity and external competitive for employees. Programs include base pay administration, incentive plans, e.g. STI/LTI, etc., salary structures, award/retention plans.
? Lead annual C&B processes including pay planning, labor cost budgeting, STI/LTI plan, etc., and provide the guideline, process, timeline and communication/training program to ensure all processes delivery on time and within the budget;
? Participate market survey, job matching and benchmarking, provide the survey result sharing, and market trend and prevalence/practice report via data analysis;
? Responsible for total remuneration package review & proposal for the employees at executive-level during new hire, promotion, personnel change and termination process;
? Monitor Group labor cost control, provide the labor cost analysis report;
? Support to M&A/integration/project activities, responsible for Ad Hoc C&B project;
? Provide C&B counseling and training to HR team and line managers;
? Review and audit C&B policy, program effectiveness, process standardization.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above
? Minimum of 5+ years working experience in C&B function, working in MNC is a plus;
? Good command of both oral and written English;
? Proficient in Microsoft Office,especially Excel and PowerPoint;
? Excellent analytical skills, strong logical thinking, and process& customer orientation;
? Good communication skill, presentation skill and influencing skill.
? Familiar with local labor law and relevant regulations, including individual income tax.
