职位描述
Role Objectives:
The HR BP / Generalist directly reports to general Manager. The role shall focus on all aspects of HR offerings encompassing Recruitment, Employee on boarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits Administration, local Employment Law, HR Reporting and Analytics, Employee separations, etc.
? Degree in Business, preferably with specialization in Human Resources Management， or related majors,better with overseas education.
? At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources as a HR generalist preferred
? Experience in working with cross-functional teams
? Proficiency in English Language, written and verbal
