Job-Description:
工作描述：
- Responsible for the QM-Targets within the Industrialization of Global Sourcing and Local Content Projects overall in the Asian market.
负责QM-Targets全球采购和本地项目总体在亚洲市场的工业化。
- Ensure the Customers’ Q-standards at first- and if needed to n-tier suppliers, lead quality topics in the clover leaf for material cost reduction programs, avoid warranty cost.
首先保证客户质量标准，如果需要多层供应商，引导质量主题在原料成本削减方案,避免保修成本。
- Lead in the quality related industrialization process and assure product and process quality / quantity of supplied parts.
领导的质量相关的工业化进程,确保供应商零部件产品和流程的质量/数量。
- Support Customers Purchasing-, Development-, Quality- and Logistic Department on all Global Sourcing and Local Content activities related to parts quality, supplier quality/quantity management issues.
支持客户全球采购和本地项目在零部件质量，供应商质量/数量管理问题的采购，开发，质量和物流部门。
- Responsible for the quality within supply chain and ensure continuous Parts supply in defined quality and volume in worldwide production plants.
负责供应链质量和确保为全球工厂持续提供符合质量和数量要求的产品。
- Coordination and supervision for following activities:
协调并监督以下事宜：
? Supplier evaluation including QM tools Evaluation
供应商评估，包括QM工具的评估。
? Supplier Risk Assessment (RA) with the focus on product and process quality, quality management system and manufacturing technologies
供应商风险评估，专注于产品和流程的质量,质量管理体系和制造技术。
? Evaluation of qualification costs and definition of required measurements and agreement with the supplier
质量成本评估，所需测量的定义和供应商的协议。



- Responsible for the PEP realization of Purchase Parts all over Asia (Process Series, ramp up curve and ISIR-Procedure, PPAP etc.) based on MPM processes.
基于MPM流程，负责PEP实现全亚洲购买零件(过程系列,加大曲线(产能爬坡)和ISIR程序,PPAP等)。
- Ensure QM standards for Global Sourcing and Local Content Projects according to Customers Quality Processes and requirements (e.g. RGA, LPKM, M-Portal,…), including the steering of series tooling, manufacturing equipment etc.
确保QM标准在全球采购和本地内容项目根据客户质量过程和需求(如。RGA,LPKM, M-Portal,…),包括转向系列工具(工装)、制造设备等等。
- Follow up of all open items throughout the entire process chain to minimize risk and to maximize Customers success.
跟进所有进行项目通过整个过程链来减少风险和最大化客户成功。
- Manage escalation process in case of series deviations in quality performance of suppliers
当供方质量表现出现偏差时，实施调整。

Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent qualification in subject area plastics, metal, electrical, mechanical engineering, vehicle
本科或同等学历，主修塑料、金属、电气、机械工程、车辆等。
- Experience in supplier management, process technologies, and various common voting methods in the automotive industry
具有汽车行业的供应商管理，工艺技术，各种常见的投票方法等方面经验。
- several years of experience in the automotive industry
数年的汽车行业经验。
- Quality Commodity leader, Senior Managers and Vice President ASIA (MC-x), Vice President Quality management and Senior Managers supplier network (Mx-1x), Clover leaf members worldwide.
质量分类领域的领导者
- Project leaders of relevant Projects.
项目领导，领导相关项目。
- Interfaces at plant functions on management levels of Purchasing, Production, Engineering, QM, Logistics and other central departments and technology functions.
采购、生产、工程、QM、物流和其他中央部门和技术功能的管理水平与工厂功能连接。
- Supplier management.

- English is a must, German would be a plus.

- Willing to travel
