Line Manager： Senior Manager, Development
Qualifications and Skills
1、Age requirement: 25-35 years old
2、Education background: university graduate
3、Working experience: 2-3 years experience in QSR brands
4、Skills: Possess good judgment to identify the potential markets and recruit prospective franchisees5、Caliber: Great loyalty to the company and good professional ethics.
6、Qualifications: Strong communication, implementation, coordination and decision-making skills. Good presentation skills.
7、English proficiency: Fluent
8、Computer skills：Good at Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Job Descriptions
1、In charge of daily franchising enquiries.
2、Screen applicant qualifications and assist applicant to finish his/her business plan and cash flow analysis.
3、Identify qualified applicants; translate their application documentation for supervisor’s review.
4、Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct guest visit for prospective franchisees.
5、Draft LOI and Development Agreement.
6、Responsible for Development Agreement and Unit License Agreement signing, payment and other follow-ups.
7、Attend franchise trade show to promote Papa John’s brand.
