Key Responsibilities:
Handle the following service according to bank policy, local regulations, desktop procedures and deliver the agreed service standards:
- Effective management of CMS RMB payment operations
- Ensure high level of operational risk control and effective management of resources
- Provide quality services to business partners and clients by addressing all service enquires and requests in a timely and effective manner
- Proactive take initiatives to continuously improve process efficiency, risk control and and service quality
- Cooperate with project team to ensure smooth implementation of CMS projects
- Provide training and necessary coaching to team members for continuous development and improvement
- Take in charge of internal and external reporting and make sure reports are submitted timely and accurately.
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- University degree preferably major in business/finance /Accounting .
- At least 5 years relevant experience in local/foreign banks.
- Sound knowledge of Cash Management Product/process, familiar with PBOC/SAFE regulation, preferably has project experience.
- Good supervisory and management skills.
- Strong team player with ability to lead by example and involved in details.
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good English & PC skills
