职位描述
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Identify, develop and close a targeted list of key accounts
- Maximize sales development through proactive activities
- Prospect potential clients using various channels (Cold call, exhibitions, networking, meetings, etc.)
-Provide prospective clients with proposal and follow up the clients
- Maintain customer satisfaction through strong account management and implementation skills to enlarge and renew sales deal
- Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly) and complete clients’ information in sugar system.
- Participate actively to our marketing activities (trade shows, promotional events).
- Territory: China Mainland.
- Extensive customer visits and travels in the assigned territories.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years sales experience
- with good selling experience in HR field.
- A formal understanding of Solution/Consultative Selling, strong cold calling and prospecting skills.
- An existing HR network is preferred.
- Proven ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Team player.
- Self motivated, to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
- BA or BS required, MBA a plus.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent English is Must.
