Main responsibilities:

-Providing an efficient and reliable level of service to Dräger customers.

-Preparation of detailed repair quotations for Customers in accordance with guidelines published by Dräger Service Manager

-Providing adequate records to the Customer to demonstrate the scheduled work has been performed.

-Initiate action to prevent the recurrence of non-conformities relating to product, process or quality system and Identify opportunities for preventive and corrective actions, requesting immediate correction of any matter causing a breakdown of the quality system

-To secure & maintain all equipment, used in performing assigned tasks, in good order and condition and where applicable “in Calibration”

-Acting in conformance with specific policies authorised and published by BFDS

Requirements:

-university graduate major in instrumentation or process control and automation

-at least 2 years technical sales experience of industrial automation & control or instrumentation products preferred.

-good social and communication skills

-ability to work in team under pressure and eagerness to travel.

-good knowledge of English, use of PC (WORD, EXCEL)
