岗位职责：
? Handle a portfolio of customer accounts with key activities as follows:
？ Monitor and review credit limits of new and existing counterparties; involving in-depth analysis of counterparty’s financial standing, industry review, business outlook, risks and opportunities;
？ Prepare credit assessment and administer the approval process for credit limits and terms;
？ Apply credit risk mitigation strategy including obtaining acceptable forms of securities from counterparty;
？ Update and maintain the credit limits and data in various systems;
？ Handle bank guarantees, Bank Acceptance Draft and other collaterals;
？ Monitor Account Receivable collection and follow-up of overdue amounts;
？ Review, assess and administer approval process for orders blocked due to credit violations;
？ Handle daily cash application
? Contribute towards developing and implementing credit risk management processes;
? Implement & comply with the Credit Policy;
? Identify, measure and control credit risk mitigation activities in Lubricant’s business;
? Active participation in the development of information systems to accurately capture credit exposures;
? Responsible for credit management reporting to Asia-Pacific Treasury; and
? Build and maintain strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders.

岗位要求：
? Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting;
? Strong understanding of accounting principles and conduct in-depth financial statements analysis
? At least 3 years of credit risk management working experience
? Strong Analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative analysis)
? Ability to work systematically, prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines
? Ability to balance risk exposure and meet business requirements
? Ability to work under minimal supervision, multitask and manage daily/monthly quarterly duties with on-going project and account review.
? Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
? Demonstrated initiative to continuously seek enhancements in work processes
? Proficient in MS Office and SAP system would be preferred
