Product Testing

• Organize solution and product testing to comply with Customer Requirements
• Organized production control tests (internal & external)
• Develop different standards and methods for testing,measuring,and analyzing HALFEN products
• 1st sample testing as part of new supplier assessment

Quality Control

• Advocating as the "voice of the customer" demanding the highest quality expectations from the organization
• Check product compliance with QM system as well as technical and customer specifications
• Quality decumentation - Create quality manuals and procedures, and prepare quality assurance reports

Recommend and implement enhancements to the quality system that result in improved corporate quality performance, increased customer satisfaction, and/or simplification of processes to reduce costs

QC Equipment

• Run & maintain measuring and testing equipment

Claim Management

• Coordinate customer complaints management process

Experience

• At least 2 years working experience
• Experience with Mechanical Testing Insitutes
• Proven record in problem solving and analysis
• AutoCAD experiences(advantageous)
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma (Advantageous)
• Communication-demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional work groups including suppliers,customers and associates,both verbally and in writing.Excellent listening skills
• Assertiveness-readily offer opinions and take action even when their position may be unpopular
• Basic knowledge of IOS9001,and quality management systems
• Knowledge of statistical process control tools
• Familiar with engineer drawings
• Facilitate and promote use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action
• Working automomy and intiative;Honest,reliable,self-moticated team player
• Mandarin native,English fluent
