Position: Junior creative planner

You will be based in the Beijing headquarter as part of the creative team working together with several senior creative planners. Your position implies that you research market developments, data, insights and trends in order to help develop brand and creative strategies. This can be executive strategic concepts or reative executional plans incl. social, IT and PR.
You will be included and actively participate in the whole process of concept development including client meetings, briefings, feedback rounds and presentation development. The objective is to challenge and support you to develop into an independent senior creative planner.

Requirements

? Love for marketing, planning and creativity
? Ambitious, motivated honest, friendly flexible team player
? Research skills as well as a good understanding of numbers
? Sharp structural analytical thinking. Ability to focus and structure information.
? Creative understanding and thinking. Ability to question the common and try new solutions
? Business, marketing and brand understanding
? Experience with Chinese social and digital landscape. Basic technical understanding
? Proficient command of ppt, word, keynote and excel
? Fluent in mandarin and at least average English skills
