The purpose of the position is leading and managing the estimator’s works on each individual proposal or project for projects primarily in the Asia Region. And also responsible for the direction and preparation of lump sum, unit rate and cost plus estimates ranging from simple cost analysis to definitive estimates in support of proposals, project controls and project change orders. The cost reviews of all estimates in the region, manages and conducts the cost review board, etc, are also in the role’s responsibility.

In order to take this job, we prefer you have Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent. Minimum 15 years of experience in estimating experience with at least 5 years in Power Plant EPC projects. Cost control and scheduling exposure is a plus. Strong EPC estimating experience in the Asia region. Knowledge of Chinese power plant estimating system is preferred.
