About the role and responsibilities角色与责任:
1. Be responsible to take care of specific small & medium size clients’ daily business inquiries including quotation, service requirement, shipment follow-up, issue solving…
2. Act as communication window between clients, sales and company’s internal functions, e.g., Operations, Finance, to ensure the client’s needs are understood and responded in time.
3. Work as backup for Sales to response services requirements to clients. Support Sales to maintain the clients’ relationship, to understand clients’ practice and needs.
4. With adequate training and experience; engage client retention and client penetration
5. Work with Sales and Operations to develop SOP for local clients.
6. Prepare and deliver various client reports.
7. Centralize and collect data from Sales, prepare ad hoc reports and presentation per sales management request.
8. Support Sales team by performing related administrative duties, under general direction, as required by management. Meet basic analysis and reporting requirements with the objective to ensure the achievement of the team targets.
Who we are looking for 我们寻找的人才:
1. College degree with minimum 2 years of sales administrative or customer service experience in freight forwarding, logistics or transportation companies
2. Major in English, Marketing, and Business Administration is preferred
3. Good command of English, at least CET-4
4. Good computer skills (MS office applications)
5. Effective communication skills and team-player
