公司资料：Our client is a global technology leader in optical communications components and subsystems. These products enable high-speed voice, video and data communications for networking, storage, wireless, and cable TV applications.

Responsibilities:

1、Manage assigned commodity supply chain in support of Finisar products
2、Provide regional strategic sourcing and develop suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost requirements
3、Continue to drive business process improvement to meet or exceed performance goals
4、Establish supplier management process and performance criteria to drive world class performance and competitive cost strategy
5、Develop and articulate commodity supply chain requirements to R&D, Engineering, as well as Global Commodity Management and World Wide Purchasing throughout the organization
6、Perform periodic business reviews with key suppliers
7、Develop quality, delivery, customer service, and cost metrics for supply base within the commodity
8、A strong negotiator with a creative approach to establish strong supplier and win-win relationship
9、A professional with a sound standard of character

Requirements:

1.BS degree required and knowledge in optics is desirable
2.Min. 8 years of supply base management, knowledge of components/mechanical/optics or broker/agent relationship is a plus
3.Experience in Purchasing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, and Commodity Management is required
4.Must be able to communicate in English with strong communication skills (verbal & written)
5.Ability to travel domestically and internationally
