职位描述：
公司为每位合格的申请者配备资深的行业顾问作为导师，指导该新员工的发展和进步，管理该新员工的培训及教导。
1.分析客户所在行业、公司及目标职位，参与制定目标公司及目标候选人寻访方案；
2.实施寻访计划，初步评级及筛选候选人，和候选人展开切磋、管理，并提供专业的职业发展规划辅导；
3.提交候选人评价和推荐报告，向客户推荐寻访到的合适候选人；
4.沟通协调候选人与客户公司之间的接触流程，跟进进展和反馈；
5.候选人的背景咨询，薪酬谈判，offer的跟进。

职位要求：
1.专科以上学历；
2.良好的沟通协调能力和学习能力，责任心强；
3.工作积极主动，有追求成功的热情，具备顾问式销售的意识；
4.有意向在人力资源领域长期发展。
