职位描述

岗位职责
1 根据公司战略发展规划,制定人力资源长期和短期规划,并负责推进实施;
2、制定、完善公司涉及人力资源的各项制度和实施方案,拟定人力资源规划方案,并监督各项计划的实施;
3、建立并完善人力资源信息化管理系统,支持人力资源各个模块管理(包含招聘、培训、绩效、薪酬及员工发展等体系的全面建设);
4、建立并完善公司人才储备系统。
5、协调各部门之间工作,处理好部门沟通与协调过程中出现的问题。
6. 定期与员工沟通,积极做好员工思想工作,保证员工有较高工作积极性及工作热情。
7、向公司决策层提供人力资源、组织机构等方面的建议并致力于提高公司综合管理水平,控制人力资源成本;
8、及时处理公司管理过程中的人力资源问题,指导员工职业生涯规划;
9、负责公司的整体企业文化建设。
Responsibilities
1. Furmulate organization long term strategy as well as short term plan,and take into action, based on orgnisational long term development strategy.
2. Furmulate and perfect various HR policies and working rules, as well as making HR yearly plan and monitoring the implementation of plan.
3. Furmulate and perfect HR information system in order to support the six fuction of Human resources management(include recruitment&selection, training and development, performance managemet, remunertion and staff career development)
4. Furmulate and perfect the human capital system of orgnanzation.
5. Coordinate the work of different department, solve the problem appears during the communication and daily work.
6. communication with staff on regualr basis in order to keep staff enthusiasm and passionate.
7. Helping top management to improve the management system of the orgnisation by giving the HR and orgnisational structure advices, at the same time control the HR cost.
8. Dealing with daily HR problem, provide guidance on staff career development.
9. In charge of the develoment of orgnanizational culture.
任职资格
1、人力资源、工商管理等相关专业,本科以上学历;
2、八年以上人力资源管理经验,五年以上人力资源总监或人力资源部经理工作经验;
3、具备现代人力资源管理理念和扎实的理论基础;
4、精通人力资源日常管理工作流程,对人力资源战略规划、人才培养、薪酬福利设计、绩效激励考核、招聘规划等方面具有丰富的实践经验;
5、政策敏感度强,擅于分析问题和解决问题,高度的判断力和计划性;
6、具备良好的人际交往能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力以及解决复杂问题的能力。
Quanlification
1. Bechelor degree or above, majored in Human Resources Management and Administrations.
2. Over 8 years of HR management experience, 5 years HR director or HR manager experience.
3. Having morden human resources managemnt idea and theory.
4. Expertise on daily HR works, have various years of experience on HR strategy development, huamn asset managemnt, furmulating remuneration system and performance management system, recuirtment and selection.
5. Sensitive on policies, good at analysis and solve problem, precised judgement and plan ability
6. having good inerpersonal communication, cordination and problem soving ability.
