1. Bachelor/Master degree in computer science, or electrical/automatic engineering.

2. Above 3 years of test experience in distributed computer system.

3. Understand Test design Theory.

4. Understands how to design test cases to ensure both coverage and efficiency.

5. Database knowledge with SQL server related application working experience.

6. Windows based configuration and troubleshooting.

7. Understand computer network infrastructure and configurations, such as, TCP/IP, LAN, etc.

8. Coding experience in C++ or C# is preferred.

9. Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.

10. Must have good written and verbal communication skills, be detail oriented, self-motivated, and work well in a team environment.
