Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Execute inbound/outbound calling campaigns to uncover interest in IBM Offerings and generate qualified sales leads in response to marketing initiatives that include hardware, software and services solutions.
2. Call contacts to discuss their business environment, identify their IT needs, determine the most appropriate IBM solution, and engaging an appropriate IBM sales channel to own and close.
3. Nurture opportunities from interested leads to validated leads.
4. Actively involve in program planning and timely feedback customers' comments to program teams.
5. Follow up with OO to push leads progression until closure.
6. Timely input and update opportunities/key information in Siebel.

Requirements:
1. University Degree.
2. Relevant sales experience and technical aptitude.
3. Basic understanding of the depth and breadth of IBM's portfolio.
4. Ability to engage new/competitive clients in value-add business conversations
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients(internal and external) at all levels of the organization.
6. Ability to actively listen and determine needs.
7. Industry knowledge and IT background are preferred.
8. Effective telephone etiquette.
9. Highly driven, self motivated individual who shows perseverance.

Required Skills
Customer-centered sales and service approach;
5-7 years sales experience in multinational IT company and face to face sales experience is highly preferred;
Industry insight;
Solution Selling and Service selling experience is preferred;
Manufacturing, retail, logistics, etc is highly appreciated;
Excellent verbal communication skills;
Good English speaking and Writing.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in Sales experience in multinational IT company
