Major Duties and Responsibilities
Overall Function
HR manager exercise substantial management in the oversight of all human resource functions: administration of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies. Responsibilities include development and administration of personnel rules and regulations, pay and job classification structure, and programs for employee training, safety, health, and morale. As well as providing HR assistance to the Director, Business Admin & CEO to ensure HR practices in PRC are compliant to local laws and statutory/audit requirements and also consistent to school strategic direction.

Education & Experience
1、Degree holder or Diploma in HR or business administration management
2、At least 5 years working experience in related field in executive or managerial position
3、Strong administrative and organizational skills
4、Good communication skills, verbal and written in both English & Chinese
5、Can work independently, good team player with inter-personal qualities
6、Attention to details, able to take and act on feedback well
7、Self-motivated, able to multi-task, service oriented
