Candidate Profile and Qualification:
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience as head of sales or sales director in on- line / e-commerce companies with progressive managerial responsibilities.
- Possess management proficiency and client management skills and has successful P&L responsibilities
- Knowledge of market landscape of the ticketing industry in China a strong plus
Envisaged Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between the Company and On-line Platform to facilitate the cross-selling between venues using the Company’s ticketing system and the On-line Platform to achieve synergies
- Responsible for ticketing marketing and on-line e-commerce businesses.
- Maintain relationship with GM of the Company and event organizers and develop new clients to secure master ticketing agency business for the On-line Platform
- Lead the sales and marketing team to direct staffing, training, and set performance goals
- Plan and implement strategic sales and marketing development programs targeted toward existing and new customers / markets. Manage sales / marketing budgets.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities, both above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL), including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail. Ensure effective control of marketing results
- Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Prepare periodic sales report showing areas of proposed client base expansion.
