Candidate Profile and Qualification:
- Former (or current) chief financial officer, controller or financial director with 8+ years of experience in financial management and financial reporting in China
- Qualified Chinese CPA. Thorough knowledge of financial reporting and accountancy with prior responsibilities of budgeting, treasury management, financing, planning and implementation.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
- Presentable and has good communication skills - Experience in M&A and tax structuring
- Experience in evaluating business plan a plus
- Other CPA qualifications a plus - Experience in working with private equity investor a strong plus
Envisaged Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance team and be entrusted with overall accounting, treasury management, financial planning and reporting, and audit functions of the Company, which has three legal entities
- Adopt and implement an ERP system to centralize reporting control and functions. - Formulate monthly budget and explain the variance between actual results and budget.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages to the board. Present the package to board and answer questions related to financial performance and accounting matters
- Responsible (together with the CEO) for handling the Company’s relationships with the Board
- Responsible for financing, optimizing capital structure and diversifying funding sources
- As part of the senior management team, assess business strategy, performance review and annual business plan
