Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance within the hotel property ,ensuring plant and equipment's failure rate drop to the least frequency. Maintain all equipment within the scope of self profession, including all the mechanical、air-conditioning systems / supplying drinking, domestic and flushing water related equipment and kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, To formulate and implement good energy management and preventive maintenance work.

该职责是负责酒店内设备的日常的运行和维修，确保设备正常运行并将设备的故障率降至最低。组织并维护专业范围内所有设施设备，包括所有机械、暖通空调系统/给排水系统相关设备及厨房设备洗衣房设备。制定和执行好能源管理和预防性维修工作。

General Responsibilities

1. Operates, maintains and repairs all aspects of the Hotel’s air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, water systems and kitchen’s equipment ,in accordance with the department standards to achieve optimum operating efficiency at all times.

按照部门的标准，操作酒店所有的空调和制冷设备、水系统和厨房的设备并负责维修，确保设备在任何时间都以最佳效率运转。

2. according to the planned schedule of the equipment for maintenance work.

按照制定的计划进行设备的维保工作。

Unique Responsibilities

1. Regularly check and record daily of refrigeration equipment, AHU, PAU, cooling room and other equipment, ensuring the proper operation of the equipment.

每天定时对制冷机组、空调机组、新风机组及冷库等设备进行检查与维护，记录运行数据，确保设备的正常工作。

2. Attends to the repair, routine maintenance and preventative maintenance of refrigeration equipment such as chiller, refrigerator / freezer rooms and any other equipment in the Hotel.

参加对制冷设备的修理，日常维护和预防性维修保养，包括，制冷机，冰箱、冷库和酒店其他的设备。

3. According to the log book to monitors the air conditioning equipment and system run and keep records

根据工作日志，监督空调设备和系统的运转并保存记录。

4 Attends to the maintenance of Air Handling Units, Primary Air Units and Fan Coil Units.

参加空调机，新风机和盘管风机的维修保养。

5 Advises improvements to the present operation or system in order to optimise the economic operating efficiency of the said system.

对现行的运作和系统提出改进建议，以便以经济的方式达到最高的工作效率。

6 To inspect all plumbing systems and make operation status records as per inspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer. To feedback and make recommendations to engineer for needs of system and plants modification, upgrading, methods of operation or repairs, etc that could improve efficiency and productivity.

对管道系统进行检查并做好记录，纠正并向工程师上报运行中存在的问题、不正常的状况和安全隐患，并向工程师建议可以提高系统效率和生产力的设备调整、运行或维修方法。

7 Ensures that filters, cooling/heating coils and strainers are free from dirt and that condense drains are free flowing。

确保过滤器，制冷/制热线圈和滤网无灰尘，冷凝排水管无堵塞。

8 Regularly check that operating valves are free running and greased. Responsible for the hotel kitchen, laundry equipment maintenance, ensure the normal operation of the equipment

定期检查，确保操作阀门润滑不影响运行。负责酒店厨房、洗衣房设备的维护维修工作，保障设备的正常运行。

9 To ensure that sufficient appropriate spares and materials are available at all times to enable smooth continuity of work. reported to the team leader if the parts and materials are not enough.

确保随时有足够的零配件和原料以保证工作的连续性。如果配件不足汇报给主管。

10 Keeps updated files of all his equipment and records all malfunctions.

保存最新的设备档案并记录所有的故障。

11 Ensures working areas & equipment rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times.

确保工作区域和设备机房保持清洁有序。

12 Responsible to ensure that the uniform supplied is clean and in good repair, and to ensure that prior to attending to a M/O in a guestroom or a Public Area that the uniform and shoes are clean.

确保提供的制服保持清洁并无损坏，进入客房或公共场所进行维修时确保穿着干净的制服和鞋子。

13 To observe and practice safe working methods when you working.

工作时使用安全的工作方法。

14 Responsible to report any potential hazard noted and unfinished work when on duty.

汇报当班时发现的隐患和遗留工作。

13 To participate in the Hotel Emergency Teams/Fire Brigade.

参加酒店的紧急救护组和防火组。

14 Actively participate in the training of the hotel and department of the organization.

积极参加酒店及部门组织的各项培训活动。

15 Participates in the Hotel Energy Conservation Program.

参加酒店的能量节约计划。

16 Complies with the Hotel’s Health, Safety and Hygiene policy.

遵循酒店的健康，安全和卫生条例。

17 Maintains full flexibility in his attitude to work even if it requires tasks to be done outside of the titled job description.

即使被要求完成“职责描述”之外的工作，也应采取积极的工作态度予以完成。

18 Works to the highest standards of his trade and conforms to all local codes of practice.

按最高标准完成工作并遵守业务规定。

19 To Hotel requires that you will not (either during or after your employment) without the Hotel’s written consent, divulge any information concerning the Hotel or any associated hotels or any of their dealings, transactions or affairs which may come to your knowledge during or in the course of your employment with the Company.
