岗位职责;

1.提供总机服务，接待来访宾客；
2.负责收发公司的信件、订水、订票、订房、快递工作；
3.协助公司固定资产和办公设备、用品的购置、登记、发放、维护及管理工作；
4.协助公司各部门一般文件、宣传资料制作的打印，复印，收发各类传真，并进行归档；
5.负责公司日常用品的采购，保管，收发登记汇总工作；
6.受理会议室预约，协调会议时间，下发会议通知，布置会议室；
7.完成上级主管交给的其他行政工作。

任职资格：

1.大专以上学历，1年以上行政前台工作经验；

2.熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；
3.良好的形象气质及亲和力，性格开朗大方，沟通协调能力强；
4.良好的工作自主性及责任心，做事细致耐心；
5.具备日常英语会话和读写能力优先；

6.应届生亦可。
