Key Responsibilities:
l Support customers on system operation issues at introductory, intermediate and advanced levels both through Call Center and field service.
l Use various web based tools to provide online assistance and problem solving for client on multiple desktop environments.
l Respond to requests and inquiries from clients within the pre-determined timeframe and highest professional manner, through written and oral communications, to ensure maximum client satisfaction in all forms of engagement.
l Document and track case histories, issues, and actionable steps taken.
l Work directly with client’s technical staff, and end users, to deploy and configure software/application.
l Required to be on call at all times
Requirement:
l At least 2-year-experience in application software support, especially in car industry application software support and automotive industry experience is big plus.
l Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems & Fundamental understanding of Java applications and functionality.
l Strongly customer-service oriented.
l Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, especially on call communication.
l Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent experience
l Can read and write English, Preferred English speaking
l Ability to learn new technologie
