职位描述
I. Purpose of Position
? Develops, oversees and coordinates human resources program in factory to help functional leaders to achieve people and organizational effectiveness goals. Especially, focus on drive improvements in recruitment, associate satisfaction, associate relations, total rewarding system, training & development, retention, performance management and talent pipeline initiatives for factory operation.
II. Key Responsibilities
? Lead internal and external Talent Acquisition and retention efforts in factory.
? Provide consultation to Operation and Quality employee relations issues.
? Facilitate Change Management as necessary and appropriate.
? Lead Performance Management and Development Planning activities for Operation and Quality.
? Lead annual Associate Survey and Action Planning activities.
? Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including management of annual Standards of Compliance training.
? Ensure compliance with employment related laws.
? Manage day-to-day associate relations including problem solving, counseling and coaching, fact-finding, etc.
? Develops company employee relation plans and policies
? Fosters effective communication between associates and management
? Partner with C&B to monitor worker compensation claims.
? Provides human resources training to associates.

? Line managers for daily policies implementation and tasks as defined above
? HR director for overall HR policy implementation
? HR peers for company HR policy coordination and reporting
? Associates for better understanding policy
? Agency or recruiters

IV. Background and Skill
? BA degree above.
? Minimum 3 years HR experience.
? Excellent communication and co-ordination skills.
