职位描述
I. Purpose of Position
？ This position will work as the production on-site support engineer, and has overall responsibility for the production process design, production and product issue solving, and support continual improvement.
II. Key Responsibilities
？ Production process design (layout, tooling, fixture design)
？ Prepare process documents (WI)
？ Productivity improvement through production process re-design and improvement
？ Production and product issue solving and product repair in module level (including the assembly issue, testing issue，product issue and PCBA issue )
？ Support new product launch in manufacturing.
？ Use DBS tools, lead and participate process improvement activities, implement and maintain the improvement result.

IV. Measures of Performance
？ The production and work cell quality, FTY, escaping, etc.
？ The production efficiency and productivity.
V. Background and Skill
？ Bachelor of Major in Electronics Engineering, Electronics Communication and Information, Physical .
？ 2- 3 years’ experience in manufacturing, familiar with the electronics product’s assembly process, testing process, product problem solving and repair.
？ Lean manufacturing knowledge.
