Researcher, China Recruitment Team
Work location: Beijing
Responsibilities:
? Design leading-edge recruiting advertisements on social media channels;
? Identify and attract the most qualified talent for open positions;
? Build a pipeline of candidate for future hiring needs;
? Source candidates by using various methods and tools, including the company career site, social media channels and internet job boards etc.
? Interview and screen potential candidates including: phone/face-to-face interview and reference checking;
? Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to qualify and ideal candidates.
? Maintain an accurate and thorough documentation within the company’s candidate database.
? Participant in ad-hoc recruiting projects.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree required.
? 1+ years of internal technical sourcing or agency technical recruiting experience.
? Understanding of technology, ability to read and understand technical requirements.
? Proficiency in graphic and/or video editing tools.
? Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills.
? Ability to manage multiple talks simultaneously.
? Good oral English skill.
